Proceed to Akala market, meet and interact with the locals selling their wares, and then later proceed to Luanda K’Otieno Beach to board a scheduled onward ferry to Mbita Point. Early breakfast then proceed to the only known home of the endangered Roan Antelopes at Ruma National Park. The park was named by one Kenya’s most powerful wizards, the much feared Gor Mahia who lived nearby. Gor Mahia, who had 22 wives and several children, was a friend to the legendary Maasai leader, Lenana, with whom he changed gifts. A visit of the shrine is believed to carry blessings. The Park offers rewarding opportunity to watch wildlife and more than 400 birds’ species in their natural habitats.
